On one current church project, we are well into the construction phase. Our team is handling critical interior scope, including metal framing, drywall installation, painting, hanging doors, and installing restroom partitions. This stage is where vision becomes tangible—walls define spaces, finishes bring warmth, and functional details begin to support daily ministry activities. Precision, coordination, and respect for the church’s ongoing operations are essential, and our team approaches this work with diligence and attention to detail.
From the Ground Up: A New Addition Takes Shape
Another church project is in an exciting early construction phase. Oak & Iron Builders led the effort on all design documents, ensuring the project was thoughtfully planned from the start. With design complete, we are now bringing the project out of the ground. Footers have been poured, a slab pour is scheduled next, and framing will soon follow. This phase sets the foundation—both literally and figuratively—for everything that comes next. Early decisions, proper planning, and strong execution here are critical to long-term success.

A third church we are honored to work with recently purchased its first property. While construction is still a few years away, this church is taking a wise and intentional approach by beginning the design process now. Our team is collaborating closely with church leadership and a network of trusted professionals to develop thoughtful designs, realistic budgets, and clear long-term plans. This early engagement allows ample time for refinement, value engineering, and alignment with the church’s mission before breaking ground.
