We Cover What Matters

At Oak & Iron Builders, we cover what matters. We understand there’s more to your home than just the foundation and the original build. As your family grows and you stay in your home, there are things which need remodel, updates, expansions, and special projects and amenities.

We can help you with this, too. This homeowner contacted us with an existing home structure and concrete exterior drive, hoping to add a patio and carport-style cover to the home for a vehicle and/or boat to be covered from the weather, sun, and outside elements.

Making the addition to this home over an existing concrete drive meant removing a portion of the vinyl siding from the home and preparing to blend it with the new structure. We installed the framing, roof to wall flashing, and reinstalled the vinyl.  After placing the roof and trim metal, we added 50 feet of seamless gutters with downspouts. The finished project now looks like part of the original home.

Our goal is to beautify your home, add the project you need, and work with existing structures and new projects together to make this as seamless as possible for you.
