What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on-site
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and project schedules
- Ensure projects stay on track and meet timeline commitments
- Maintain strong quality control standards across all phases
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients
- Deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules (required)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A commitment to quality, accountability, and getting the job done right
- Experience managing budgets, cash flow, and estimating is a plus, but not required
